Materials
・Yarn in three colours of brown: 1 light, 1 medium, 1 dark
Everything Else
・10cm square wool felt: 1 dark brown, 1 light brown
・Dimensional black paint for the eyes and nose. I am using Tonic Nuvo Crystal Drops in black.
TIP: if you cannot find dimensional paint, you can make the eyes and nose with hot glue and then paint them black with regular acrylic paint.
・Hot glue gun

How to make the pompoms
Open the 85mm pompom maker and wrap the arms on one side with the medium and dark brown yarn together. Close the arms.
Open the other arms and wrap with the light brown yarn. Close the arms.
Cut the yarn using the groove on the Pompom maker as a guide.
Using a piece of brown yarn, tie the pompom securely.
Remove the pompom from the maker and trim the yarn level with the pompom.
Turning the Pompom into a Hedgehog
Use the scissors to trim the light part of the pompom into a pointy face.
Cut the ear shapes using the template and the felt and glue the smaller part of the ear to the larger part.
Part the wool and glue the ears between the light face and the dark body of the hedgehog.
Use the dimensional paint to make two eyes.
Use the dimensional paint to make a slightly larger nose on the longest part of the face.
