Materials
• Embroidery floss #25 30 skeins
• Embroidery floss #5 2 skeins
• 10mm Beads : 30 pieces
• Twig : Approx. 35cm
• Glue
Making
Cut the embroidery floss #5 as 20cm. Use this floss as a cord for tassel. Tie up the end of the floss and make a loop. It will be 8cm from the top to the knot. You need 30 of them.
Make tassels
Use Tassel Maker (small) with embroidery floss #25 for 5cm tassels. Use scale 3.
Wind the floss 20 times around the center of the Tassel Maker. Make 15 tassels. Use Tassel Maker (large) with embroidery floss #25 for 7cm tassels. Use scale 2.
Wind the floss 20 times around the center of the Tassel Maker. Make 15 tassels. Put a bead on the tassel.
*Please follow the basic instructions of Tassel Maker.
Arrange the tassels.
<The upper line>
Cut embroidery floss #5 16cm. Tie up end the floss and make a loop. Attach the floss on the twig with swab hitch. Make sure the knot of the floss is on the back side of the twig. Attach the 5cm tassel on the floss with swab hitch. Repeat those steps. Make sure the length of whole line of the tassels 1cm longer than one before.
<The lower line >
Repeat same steps as the upper line with 7cm tassels.
Stick the knots on the twig with glue.
